The professional association was founded in 1996 by Luca Gigli e Massimo Materassi, Giacomo Guarnieri has collaborated |
with the firm since 1996 and he became associated in 2007, then in 2009 Massimo Materassi leaves the association. |

The study operates internationally doing research in the field of architecture, interiors, industrial design and |
graphics, creating public and private spaces, offices, corporate image projects in the field of retail, showrooms, |
commercial and residential complexes in addition to recovery interventions, all with special attention to developing |
new design and decorative concepts. |

Getting awards they have participated in competitions and exhibitions, among which the Triennale in Milan and the Venice |
Biennale, their projects have been published in books and national and international journals. |

From 1990 to 1998, he colllaborates with the Faculty of Architecture of Florence at the course of "Interior Architecture", |

at the same time he teaches "Interior Design", "Architectural Planning" and "Introduction to the design Methodology" |
at the American University "Lorenzo de' Medici". |

Since 2010, he colllaborates with the Faculty of Architecture of Florence at the course of "Architectural Design", |
in the context of the teaching he is the promoter and the manager of the Research Project for the reconstruction and |
redevelopment of the city of Santa Maria di Farfa in the center of Aquila. |

He collaborates with the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Florence to the creation of a Master's Degree in |
"Environment and Energy" where he deals with Green Building and Sustainable Architecture, simultaneously with |
the same research group he is collaborating on a draft constitution of a "High School Environment and Energy" with the |
aim to become the International Observatory on energy issues. |
